Our Opinion

The Barcelona hop-on hop-off bus tour, is a great way to catch Barcelona in a few hours.

  • You can see and learn, with the audioguides, essential information on all the important places and monuments of the city.
  • Depending on your preferences, you can either stop to visit or tell yourself that you will have to return to this or that place. It is at the same time, a spotting and a discovery of the city.
  • We love being out in the open-bus to experience the city even closer and take pictures. We like the rapidity to go from one attraction to another without wasting time looking for orientation.
  • For children as for adults it is quite fun and finally frankly practical. We can only recommend this experience.

  • What is the meaning of a Hop-on Hop-Off bus ticket valid for one day?

A Hop-on Hop-Off bus ticket valid for one day means that the ticket is only valid from morning to evening of the day it is used and not, for example, 24 hours from the time you first use it. A day here therefore means a calendar day, i.e. a single date in the calendar.

  • What is the meaning of a Hop-on Hop-Off Barcelona bus ticket valid for two consecutive days?

A Hop-on Hop-Off Barcelona bus ticket valid for two consecutive days simply means that after the first validation of your ticket you must - to take advantage of your two-day package - use your ticket the next day and not for example two days later. The two days of bus tours must follow each other.

  • Why do I have to specify a date when the bus ticket is valid all year round?

Indeed, the Hop-on Hop-Off bus ticket is valid for one year. When you are asked to specify the date of your visit, it is because you have chosen a Hop-on Hop-Off bus ticket associated with a visit to a Barcelona monument. This date only concerns the monument in question for which you must choose a date and time of visit to benefit from the no-waiting entry.

  • Do I have to visit the monument and use the Hop-on Hop-Off bus ticket on the same day?

You are not required to use both tickets from our combined offers on the same day. You can visit the monument on the scheduled date and time and use your bus ticket on another day. • Can I film on board the Hop-on Hop-Off bus?

You can film on board the Hop-on Hop-Off bus without any restrictions. This is one of the interests of these open-air buses.

Our advice: take a seat on the first floor of the bus and in the front. It is the ideal place to make a film or simply take pictures.

  • Do I have to get on or off at each bus stop?

Absolutely not, you do as you wish during your day of visit. It is up to you to combine your stops (there are 45) and your roads (there are three) to discover only the monuments and tourist attractions that you like. You can even not go down at all and take a whole tour of the city that way.

  • How to switch from one route to another?

There are four crossings or intersections between the two lines (blue and red) that allow you to change routes. On the map, these crossings are indicated as a stop but with two colors. On board the buses these crossings are indicated orally.

  • I have to park my car before I take the Hop-on Hop-Off bus. Where can I park my vehicle?

There is no actual starting and arrival point for the Hop-on Hop-Off bus, as it can be taken from any stop. We therefore advise you to park as close as possible to one of the stops depending on where you arrive in the city. Use our parking reservation system to find the best price for parking:Barcelona car Parking

@Virginia

Hello Virginia,
Of course, Virginia, the ticket gives you access to the upper deck of the bus, whatever the weather.
If it's raining lightly, it's playable; if it's raining a bit more, it's not very pleasant.
But don't be in any doubt about that.

Enjoy your visit - hopefully without the rain ;-)

Thank you.
